Returning a product needs to be completed at the point of purchase. All you will need is the proof of purchase (your receipt or invoice) and a reason for returning. Our extensive distribution network are there to support you and ensure you get what you need to get the job done!

If you have a product failure which complies with our warranty & faulty goods policy, return the item to the point of purchase with a proof of purchase (your receipt or invoice) and explain the fault.
